This User Agreement sets out the rules of conduct for everyone on 1CON — buyers, sellers, and browsers alike. Using the platform means you agree to these standards.
1. What You Can Do on 1CON
As a registered user you may: browse and purchase fashion items, list your own items for sale, message other users through the in-app chat, follow sellers, leave reviews on completed orders, and manage your profile and preferences.
2. What You Must Not Do
You must not: • List, sell, or promote counterfeit, replica, or stolen goods • Request or accept payment outside the 1CON platform • Share personal contact details (phone numbers, social handles) in chats for the purpose of bypassing the platform • Create fake reviews, manipulate ratings, or engage in self-review schemes • Use the platform to harass, bully, or intimidate other users • Upload photographs that do not accurately represent the item being sold • Impersonate another brand, person, or business • Use automated bots or scrapers
3. Seller Obligations
When you list an item on 1CON you confirm that: • You own the item or have the right to sell it • All photos and descriptions accurately represent the item • The item is in the condition stated • You will ship within 3 business days of a confirmed order • You will not cancel confirmed orders without valid reason • You will respond to buyer messages within a reasonable time Failing to ship after receiving payment may result in a forced refund, negative seller rating, and account suspension.
4. Buyer Obligations
When you purchase on 1CON you agree to: • Pay the full listed amount (including any agreed delivery fee) • Provide an accurate delivery address • Confirm delivery promptly once you have received and inspected the item • Not abuse the dispute or refund system • Not attempt chargebacks without first attempting resolution through 1CON False delivery confirmations or fraudulent dispute claims may result in account suspension.
5. Offer & Negotiation
Buyers may submit offers below the listed price. Sellers are not obligated to accept any offer. Once an offer is accepted by both parties, it is binding — the buyer must complete checkout within 24 hours or the offer expires. Sellers must not back out of accepted offers without a valid reason.
6. Reviews & Ratings
Reviews can only be left on completed orders. Reviews must be honest and based on your direct transaction experience. 1CON may remove reviews that are false, abusive, or violate these guidelines. Sellers may respond to reviews publicly. Attempting to coerce, bribe, or threaten buyers into leaving positive reviews is a bannable offence.
7. Content Standards
All content you post — listings, photos, messages, and reviews — must be accurate, lawful, and respectful. Do not post nudity, graphic violence, hate speech, or content that promotes illegal activity. 1CON reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these standards.
8. Account Suspension & Bans
Violations of this User Agreement may result in: • Warning (first minor offence) • Temporary suspension: 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days • Permanent ban Suspended users may not create new accounts. We reserve the right to determine the severity of consequences for any violation.
9. Reporting
If you encounter a listing, user, or message that violates these guidelines, use the in-app Report button. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. False or malicious reports may result in action against the reporter.
10. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this User Agreement at any time. Continued use of 1CON after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification.
